Fermented with fresh ginger from Buderim, Queensland, Indian ground ginger, SA lime juice and Orange Blossom honey from Aldinga, SA. Each element combines to form the different layers of spice and sweetness. Fermented with ale yeast and left unfiltered to retain its full earthy flavour.
All natural ingredients, no preservatives, no concentrate and no sulphur.
With a nod towards old-school classic dry ginger ale, this Ginger Beer is also lovely with spiced rum and fresh lime.
We’ve been having a can on warm evenings when Thai-style stir fried vegies are on the flame. Any Asian food that welcomes ginger is also a friend to our cloudy Ginger Beer. It’s proving to be a hit for non-beer drinkers and we just love that!
