Our growlers (1.9 Litre bottles) are up and running! We’re filling Growlers fresh with our delicious specialty brews so that you can take them home in this great, reusable, refillable alternative. It’s as simple as ordering online or coming into our bottleshop, paying a $10 deposit for your takeaway growler and filling up to take home. Then bring it back when you are ready to refill.
It's really important this product stays cold, it’s all-natural and full of all the good stuff, let's treat it nicely.
It's a fermented and carbonated product! Please ensure it's kept upright at all times, so don't let it roll around in your car.
The growler is freshly filled! For the best taste, we recommend drinking it within 3 weeks of filling and to get the best carbonation levels, drink it all within 24 hours of opening!
The maker behind our delicious brews at Sparkke at the Whitmore, Carla Naismith, is as passionate about her craft as she is about creating social change.
An enthusiastic craft indie beer nerd, Carla’s interest in the beer space took a professional turn in 2017 while working at The Port Admiral. After spending months researching different beers (and by research, we definitely mean tasting), Carla secured her first role with local brewing company, Sweet Amber Brewing, where her passion for making was free to ignite. Three years on she plays an integral part in all things brewing at Sparkke at the Whitmore, calling the pink floored nano-brewery her home away from home.
Carla celebrated her first solo brew in 2019, a highly sessionable American Pale ale, dubbed “She’s A Pale Blazer”. The name was a nod to the reality that male brewers continue to vastly out number females in Australia and globally.
