The menu changes frequently to celebrate seasons: we are excited to incorporate locally grown fruit, vegetables and herbs that friends and farmers generously bring in. We look at food in a holistic way, to maximise its resource value and minimise waste. By cultivating relationships with sustainable farms who share our same ethos, we're doing what we can to reduce our carbon footprint on our earth. At the end of the day, there is no Planet B.
We are delighted to announce that the doors of fare – Sparkke at the Whitmore’s award-winning restaurant – is open and ready to welcome you all back. Simply, we cannot wait to receive you in our space once again.
Chef's Choice Feed Me: Dishes selected by our chefs to curate the best food experience. This is a hearty meal, be sure to let your wait staff know if you are especially hungry or just feeling peckish.
We'll be open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday. We offer two menus; Chef's Choice Feed Me ($75) and the option of a la carte.
We have 2 sittings available for both lunch and dinner: early and late. Your table will be booked for a maximum of 1.5 hours to facilitate complete sanitation of the area before the next sitting.
